Tricoche Final EDIF. ANGORA #3, Caguas, PR. 00725 under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This action is for the procurement of Store and Delivery of Nutritional Supplements for the VA Caribbean Healthcare in San Juan, thru St. Thomas, ST. Croix, Culebra, Vieques, and Virgin Islands
THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. No solicitation package is available. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
