The County seeks to contract with a professional advertising agency that can produce a high quality and effective media campaign that promotes safe driving behavior and raises awareness about the dangers of drunken and/or drugged driving as part of the Countys effort to improve highway safety. Drunk- driving crashes are 100% preventable and prevention is the key to achieving the long-standing goal of eradicating drunk-driving fatalities and injuries in the Countys communities. The successful Proposer must be able to demonstrate an understanding of and commitment to the prevention of drunk-driving and problems related thereto.
