The Office of Justice Programs (OJP) is implementing a booking/scheduling system through Commercial Marketing Associates, Inc. (CMA); i.e. AgilQuest's OnBoard product. The system will allow OJP to schedule the use of all OJP conference rooms and collaborative spaces from the Lower Level (LL) through the 8th floor, as well as reserve hoteling workstations that will be located on the Lower Level and on the 8th floor. The scheduling of the conference rooms, collaborative areas, and hoteling workstations can be performed remotely from any device, e.g. laptop, SmartPhone, virtual desktop, etc.; the hoteling workstations can also be scheduled on-site at one of the two kiosk locations. [The solution for the kiosk locations was included in the CMA procurement, and is therefore not a part of this procurement.] In order to determine the availability of the conference rooms and collaborative areas for scheduling purposes, room monitors (a.k.a. panels) will need to be installed outside each conference room/area to manage the assignment of the space through a scheduling system.
