STEEL SPRINGS
The Saint Lawrence Seaway Development Corporation is searching for vendors to fabricate the following items:
•· > Steel spring, 31 inches, per attached Drawing 329-L-30/5. Note that the drawing does not specify a specific grade of steel; however, it is recommended that cold rolled, annealed carbon spring steel be used such as SAE 1095 ASTM A 684, 1074 or 1075.
•· > Steel spring per attached Drawing SLS-370-80/3. Material is to be steel ASTM Specification A689-81A or A689-97.
It is anticipated that 2 each of the above items will need to be ordered at this time. Shop drawings will be required prior to fabrication.
Interested vendors shall respond to this notice with the company name, point of contact, and size of business. Vendors shall also note any fabrication limitations such as job order size. NAICS 332613, Size standard: 500 employees.
