STATISTIC INFORMATION
This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT using the simplified acquisition procedures of FAR Part 13 to procure services. The Government intends to award a sole source contract for services to Dun & Bradstreet,Inc., 4359 N Fairfax Drive Suite 650, Arlington, VA 22303-1673. The Proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit only one source. Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements. A determination by the Government not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
