STATEWIDE LONGITUDINAL DATA SYSTEM
The State of New Hampshire, acting through the Department of Education, is releasing this RFP to procure Vendor services to lead the design, development, implementation and post implementation of a comprehensive longitudinal data warehouse and decision support system.
The data warehouse will contain student, school, district, program, and policy data, along with Census, geographic and tax data. The decision support system will be used to provide access to this data by Department program managers, policy analysts, and other education leaders. The complete Solution will support policy development, management, and funding decisions.
The scope of this project is to support the loading of student unit data from multiple production data bases, including New England Common Assessment Program (NECAP) results, and to produce a series of output requests including EdFacts reporting, NECAP reporting and analysis, and drop-out reporting and analysis.
