STATE OF GEORGIA CREDENTIALED FAMILY VIOLENCE INTERVENTION PROGRAM FACILITATORS
Families First is requesting proposals for
providing Family Violence Intervention Program (FVIP) Facilitator services to
clients of Families First for a period of two years commencing July 1, 2009.
This RFP seeks proposals for Credentialed FVIP and Anger Management
Facilitators to (1) provide FVIP and Anger Management Facilitation services
to ongoing FVIP groups at locations and times specified by Families First; (2)
complete required documentation including but not limited to group
progress notes, quarterly treatment plan reviews and updates, termination
summaries, monthly letters to the court, parole officers, attorneys, or other
referral sources for each client.
