Effective 8/13/2019, Amendment 0002 has been issued for this Screening Information Request.

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement for Replacement of Hot Water Boilers located at the St Louis Air Traffic Control Tower (STL ATCT).

This SIR/RFP is being posted in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Acquisition Management Policy (AMS), Section 3.2.1.2.11 Public Announcements.

All interested vendors are advised that the FAA will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred that are associated with any response received from industry in response to this SIR.

NAICS CODE# 238220

The solicitation is issued as a total Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. In order to be considered the vendor MUST be verified in the Vendor Information Pages, https://www.vip.vetbiz.va.gov/.

Location: 10789 Lambert International Blvd. Bridgeton, MO 63044 at the St Louis Air Traffic Control Tower (STL ATCT).

A site visit is scheduled for Tuesday, July 16, 2019 at 10:00am CDT. To attend the site visit please submit your name, company, and contact information to Tiffany Weber at tiffany.w.weber@faa.gov no later than Friday, July 12, 2019.

All questions regarding this SIR should be submitted in writing to Tiffany Weber at tiffany.w.weber@faa.gov. All questions must be received no later than Monday, July 22, 2019 at 12:00 pm CDT.

Proposals should be submitted to Tiffany Weber at tiffany.w.weber@faa.gov. Proposals are due no later than Thursday August 1, 2019 @ 16:00 CT. Any proposal received after 16:00 CT on August 1, 2019 will be considered non-responsive and will not be eligible for award.

To be considered for award of this requirement, the offeror must have a current/valid registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database website: www.sam.gov, and the offeror must submit a proposal in accordance with Section L and Section M of this SIR.
