This synopsis precedes the issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) VA245-16-N-0113 for St. Mary Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) services. The Washington DC Medical Center has a requirement for a CBOC space in St. Mary County to provide services to Veterans.
This solicitation will not be set aside due to a lack of small businesses currently operating within the industry. This does not preclude the Government from awarding to a small business. If the potential awardee is a Services Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business or Veteran Owned Small Business, the contractor must be registered in the US Department of Veterans Affairs Vet Biz Database to be eligible for Veteran owned preference. Registration may be accomplished at http://www.vip.vetbiz.gov/. Additionally, Service Disabled Veteran owned and Veteran owned contractors must be registered with Vets 100 at http://vets.dol.gov/vets100/. All Contractors must be registered in System for Award Management at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award and complete their online Representations and Certifications at www.sam.gov. The applicable NAICS code is 531120 with a size standard of $27.5 million in average annual receipts. Award will be made to the offeror whose proposal is responsive and conforming to the RFP, and are also determined to be most advantageous to the Government.
The Solicitation will be released no later than July 7, 2017. The solicitation will be posted at this website, www.fbo.gov. All inquiries shall be in writing, e-mail inquiries to Lilibeth Deato at lilibeth.deato@va.gov. All answers will be provided in writing as an amendment and posted to Federal Business Opportunities website within three business days after receipt of inquiries and questions.
Questions or concerns about this solicitation will need to be submitted eight (8) days prior to the due date of the proposal so there will be enough time to respond/address/answer all questions.
