SSA/SSI Recovery Process Development
The purpose of this project is to develop and execute a process that will enable the State) to recover funds on behalf of children who are eligible to receive Supplemental Security Income (SSI) and/or SSA benefits under Title II. The process will allow the Department to ensure that the recovery of SSI/SSA funds is henceforth a compulsory part of the case management process.
