Based on market research, the item(s) is/are manufactured for military use and not commercial in nature; therefore, the Government is not using the policies contained in FAR Part 12 in its solicitation for the item(s). However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item with 15 days of this notice. Item will be shipped to CONUS or OCONUS locations. FOB Origin required. Inspection/Acceptance point: Origin.
