Based on market research this item is not commercial and will be solicited using FAR Part 15. The required quantity for this NSN is (59) each to be shipped to (SW3121) Albany, GA ZIP CODE 31704-3019. FOB will be at Origin and inspection acceptance will be at Destination.
This solicitation is small business set-aside. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance and proposed delivery, per provisions ((L&M Proc Note 215-9C09, L&M Proc Note 211-9051, and L&M Proc Note L08)). The required delivery is 180 days After Date Of Order (ADO). Best commercial packaging is acceptable. All offers shall be in the English language and in US dollars.
