SPR Bryan Mound Electricity 2020
1. This is a combined synopsis / solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
2. Solicitation SPE60419R0 is hereby issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP).
3. Solicitation has incorporated provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-06 dated 09/10/2019.
4. This acquisition is unrestricted; the associated NAICS Code is 221112. The small business standard size is 750 Employees. NSN: 9410-01-456-2020
5. The item to be acquired is electricity and ancillary services for ultimate transfer to Strategic Petroleum Reserve - Bryan Mound, Line Item 0001, for an estimated quantity of 28,182,000 kWh.
6. The Government is soliciting proposals for electricity and any ancillary services required to deliver electricity to the point of delivery and for the scheduling and coordination of the delivery of electricity to the service point for each account.
7. The period of performance shall be 34 months, from the meter read date occurring in March 2020 to the meter read date occurring in January 2023.
