SPOT SCALPING SERVICES
This procurement is a SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Oregon State Office intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for one (1) Firm Fixed Price Commercial Items Services Contract for seedling protection measures in Douglas and Josephine Counties, Oregon. The specific tasks to be performed are manual scalping and grubbing around planted conifers using non-motorized tools. The NAICS code is 115310 and the small business size standard is $7.5 million. The basis of award shall be the lowest price determined fair and reasonable to the responsible offeror pursuant to FAR Subpart 9.1. The solicitation will be issued on or about July 16, 2019. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency.
