SPLASH WALLS FOR HYDRO-PAD
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial service/item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR 13, as applicable and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation number M62204-14-T-9002 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and the incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-53 and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement, current to DPN 20110725. The North American Classification System Code is 811310 and the small business size standard is $7.0 Million.
This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside. Marine Corps Logistics Base MCLB Barstow, California, has a requirement for the purchase and installation of Splash Wall with gutters to attach to an existing HYDRO PAD vehicle wash pad. Shipping, Installation and setup should be inclusive in quote. See statement of work on the attached SF1449. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible business whose quotation conforms to the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government. The evaluation factors for this requirement shall be Lowest Price Technically Acceptable AND Capability. Quoters responding to this announcement must provide the information contained in 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certificationsâ€"Commercial Items with their quote. The quoter should also provide its Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code, Contractor Establishment code (DUNS number) and Tax Identification Number. Contractors must be registered in the SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM) to submit quotes and be eligible for award (NO EXCEPTIONS). For information on registering with the SAM, visit www.sam.gov.
