SPECIFICATION WRITER - MEDICAL OFFICE BUILDING FITUP PROJECT
MCMUSA, LLC, a Newton MA based design-build company is seeking proposals from qualified Specifications Writers to develop a written Masterformat specification for an approximately 80,000 square foot medical office building fitup project. Scope of the project includes exam rooms, offices, lobbies, imaging suites and support spaces. The project is being constructed inside a newly built medical office building in Dover, NH. Progress Construction Documents are available for review. Draft specs must be delivered by June 2, for review & comment, final specs by June 6.
