SPEC 2699 HARRY BRIDGES BOULEVARD BUFFER
The project will develop approximately 30 acres of land in the Wilmington area of the Port of Los Angeles. Work includes but is not limited to demolition and removal of pavements, curb, gutters, and fencing, substructures, and other site improvements; earthwork; construction of pedestrian bridges, iconic bridge, retaining walls, and on-site buildings; construction of pavement and paving, fencing, railings, signage, water features, playground site furnishings and pavement markings; and construction of water, sewer, gas, storm drainage, irrigation, planting, lighting, relocated petroleum lines, electrical, and communications and security systems. The Engineer's Estimate for this project is $47,500,000-$56,100,000.
