This notice is an unrestricted acquisition for an Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO) Contract for ground tire NSN 2630-01-574-8458, in accordance CAGE Code (30076) and part number 3028180. The contracting activity is DLA Land and Maritime. The term of the contract resulting from this solicitation will be the award effective date for one year, or when the maximum value of $150,000 is met. Current estimated annual demand quantities, FOB and Inspection and Acceptance information will be listed in the RFQ. Unit of issue is each. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.

FLUORESCENT LIGHTS, REQUIRED INSTRUMENTS; SENSORS OR CONTROLS; WEAPON SYSTEMS; AND CHEMICAL ANALYSIS REAGENTS
SPECIFIED BY NAVSEA.
PORTABLE FLUORESCENT LAMPS AND PORTABLE INSTRUMENTS CONTAINING MERCURY SHALL BE SHOCK PROOF AND CONTAIN A
SECOND BOUNDARY OF CONTAINMENT OF THE MERCURY OR MERCURY COMPOUND. (IAW NAVSEA 5100-003D).
CLASS I OZONE DEPLETING CHEMICALS ARE NOT TO BE USED NOR INCORPORATED IN ANY ITEMS TO BE DELIVERED UNDER THIS
CONTRACT.THIS PROHIBITION SUPERSEDES ALL SPECIFICATION REQUIREMENTS BUT DOES NOT ALLEVIATE ANY PRODUCT
REQUIREMENTS.
