SPAWAR Request for Information (RFI) N00039-16-R-0053 for NMMES-TR
This Request for Information (RFI) (reference number N00039-16-R-0053) will support additional tactical market research and supplements information received from the previous RFI N00039-15-R-0003.
At this time, for purposes of market research only, the Navy is seeking companies who may offer niche capabilities in a variety of software categories, including supply chain management, finance, human capital management (to include timekeeping and learning management), project scheduling (to include critical chain processes and simulations), document content management, and work authorization. COMPANIES THAT RESPONDED TO THE NAVYS PREVIOUS NAVY MARITIME MAINTENANCE ENTERPRISE SOLUTION TECHNICAL REFRESH (NMMES-TR) RFI (N00039-15-R- 0003) NEED NOT RESPOND UNLESS THERE HAVE BEEN SIGNIFICANT CHANGES IN
THEIR SOLUTION OFFERINGS SINCE THEIR PREVIOUS RESPONSE.
The Navy seeks information on five potential approaches that may support the maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) requirements attached to this RFI. Industrys input is being requested to identify issues, or points to consider relating to the alternatives, with respect to capability, economic, and schedule benefits.
