UPDATE 15 FEB 2018: An update to the Q&A for the DRAFT RFP has been posted to the SPAWAR e-Commerce Website.
The anticipated date for release of the FINAL RFP is still 20 MARCH 2018, and Industry Day is anticipated to occur 3 weeks after release of the FINAL RFP.

Update 11 JAN 2018: An update to the Q&A for the DRAFT RFP has been posted on the SPAWAR E-Commerce Website.
***IMPORTANT NOTE***: The solicitation number for this requirement has been changed from N00039-17-R-0003 to N00039-18-R-0059. All future updates and postings will be under N00039-18-R-0059.
The current anticipated FINAL RFP release date for this procurement is 20 March 2018.
An Industry Day in San Diego, CA is anticipated to be held three (3) weeks after the release of the FINAL RFP. Additional details pertaining to the date, time and location of the Industry Day will be included with the FINAL RFP when released.
