SPARC RFQ - Implementation and Project Management
The City of Alexandria, Louisiana hereby issues a Request for
Qualification Statements (RFQ) from Professional Firms and Consortia
to assist in the implementation and management of the S.P.A.R.C.
program in the areas of public input, leveraging funds, technical
assistance, and outcome reporting. S.P.A.R.C. (Special Planned
Activity Redevelopment Corridors) is a $96 Million infrastructure and
economic development initiative in Alexandria's most under-served
areas. 90% of funds will be for public infrastructure; remaining funds
may be used for business incentives.
