New York City Economic Development Corporation (NYCEDC) is seeking expressions of interest for the use of all or any portion of an approximately 9-acre parcel of land (the Site) located within the Arlington Railyard in Staten Island. The Site offers exceptional access to local and continental rail transport and highway networks as well as close proximity to Howland Hook Marine Terminal, a major deep water container port.
