This Sources Sought will be used for market research purposes only. The Government is conducting market research to assist in determining the appropriate acquisition strategy. The Government is seeking responses from businesses capable of providing the following equipment. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation in response to any solicitation that results subsequent to this sources sought notice, which shall be considered by the agency.
Seeking companies capable of providing brands with equal specifications to the DCC1645C Compact USB 2.0 Camera, manufactured by ThorLabs, Inc. Suggested brands/models must contain the EXACT specifications and capabilities of and be compatible with the above model which includes, but is not limited to: 1.3-megapixel resolution (1280H x 1024V) progressive-scan CMOS image sensor 1/3-inch optical format; 15 frames per second (fps) at 170mW, full resolution; 30 fps at 90mW, VGA resolution; On-chip image flow processor (IFP); Image decimation to any size with fluid zoom and pan; Fully automatic xenon and LED-type flash support, including fast exposure adaptation; Multiple parameter contexts for fast, easy mode switching On-chip, 10-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC) Two-wire serial interface Progressive ITU_R BT.656 (YCbCr), 565RGB, 555RGB, 444RGB, raw Bayer, and processed Bayer output data formats.
