This Sources Sought notice and any resulting responses will be used for market research purposes only. The Government is conducting market research to assist in determining the appropriate acquisition strategy. The Government is seeking responses from businesses capable of providing the requested software or an alternate software program with equivalent specifications. Responsible sources may submit a capability statement or proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
Seeking companies authorized to distribute Virtually Better's Virtual Reality Hardware System for Virtual Iraq and VBI Software OR a suggested brand with the EXACT specifications and capabilities of the Virtually Better's Virtual Reality Hardware System for Virtual Iraq and VBI Software. Specifications of Virtually Better's Virtual Reality Hardware System for Virtual Iraq and VBI Software Suites includes, but is not limited to: simulation software that creates, validates, and provides virtual reality conditions to conduct drug and alcohol cue exposure research and nicotine treatment protocols, based on NIH clinical trials in an Iraq based environment. The integrated system solution needs to be a business solution that is the combination of constant support, development and total systems improvement, effort that requires ongoing customization, testing, and distribution to current users with free system upgrades, as they are released, at no additional cost and with no interruption of system capabilities.
