JFB Replace Domestic Water Heat Equipment
This amendment is issued to provide for the following:
1. The solicitation file entitled "The Solicitation" is hereby superseded and replaced in its entirety by "The Solicitation REV1", changes are reflected in red text.
2. The solicitation file entitled "SF1442_47PL0119R0058" is hereby superseded and replaced in its entirety by "SF1442_47PL0119R0058 REV1".
3. The solicitation file entitled "The Agreement" is hereby superseded and replaced in its entirety by "The Agreement REV1", changes are reflected in red text.
4. The Davis Bacon Wage Determination shown in the solicitation file entitled "AK20190001 2019 06 14" is hereby superseded and replaced in its entirety by "AK20190001 2019 06 14".
5. A new solicitation file entitled "Asbestos Reinspection Report 2019 02 19" is hereby published for background information about the current conditions of the building wherein the project will be occurring. The requirements in the Statement of Work concerning abatement of hazardous materials are NOT being changed from what was originally published.
6. The Contracting Officer assigned to this procurement is hereby changed from Chris Towery to Colleen Butler.
The offer due date is hereby extended to 9:00 AM Pacific Time on Tuesday, August 20, 2019. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
