THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE and is for information purposes only. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR LEASE PROPOSAL, QUOTATION OR INVITATION FOR BID. The Natural Resources Conservation Service, Mission Support Services, requests letters of interest from PROPERTY OWNERS/PROPERTY MANAGERS/REAL ESTATE BROKERS interested in supplying leased space to the Government in the vicinity of Mora, NM, Cleveland, NM or La Cueva, NM. NO SOLICITATION IS CURRENTLY AVAILABLE.
Project Description:
To acquire 1,106 Rentable Square Feet yielding 914 Usable Square Feet of office space for the USDA/NRCS Mora Field Office in the Mora, NM, Cleveland, NM or La Cueva, NM areas.
Estimated Contract Value: $100,000.00 over 10 years
Interested PROPERTY OWNERS/PROPERTY MANAGERS/REAL ESTATE BROKERS should submit the following:
a. Narrative demonstrating leasing experience in similar types of facilities.
b. Proposed Property Location.
c. Picture of Proposed Property.
d. DUNS/CAGE CODE, Expiration date in SAM.GOV.
e. Indicate whether your firm is a large business or small business and indicate applicable socio-economic category of FAR PART 19.
Narratives shall be no longer than two (2) pages.
Email responses are required. Responses are to be sent via email to adrian.gilmore@wdc.usda.gov, and tony.doxtater@wdc.usda.gov no later than July 20, 2018, 6:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time.
Responses to this sources sought announcement will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. NO SOLICITATION IS CURRENTLY AVAILABLE.
