The work includes, but is not limited to, all labor, management, supervision, tools, material, and equipment required to perform maintenance, and overhaul and repair services for three (3) NAVFAC FE owned Frequency Converters (FCs) located at Building 1805 on Yokosuka Naval Base. The work shall be performed in accordance with OEM Standards and regulation. The Contractor shall maintain, overhaul and repair, and alter FCs to ensure they are fully functional and in normal working condition. When FCs are overhauled, repaired, or otherwise maintained, work must be performed in a manner compatible to Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system functionality.
