DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item; please do not submit requests. The only approved source for this item is BOEING COMPANY (81205). Any manufacturer, other than the approved source, wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval package. The solicitation will result in a firm fixed price contract. PPIRS applies; the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered. Offerors must submit a completed solicitation package; this is a letter RFP. A copy of the solicitation will not be available via the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS). Sole Source (FAR 6.302) regulation applies.
