SOS Information Management System
The State of Montana, Secretary of States Office is seeking a contractor to provide full life cycle system development services to develop and implement the SOS Information Management System (SIMS). The full life cycle services encompass the entire development effort, including gap analysis, conceptual design, preliminary system design, detail design, development, conversion, testing, implementation, and warranty. This system will wholly or partially replace 20+ separate systems that are currently in place to manage the primary business processes within SOS. This system will be comprised of business and financial processes and will have a large imaging component.
