SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT
The US Army Contracting Command - Warren (ACC-WRN) has a requirement for a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Contract for Solid Waste Management for Anniston Army Depot (ANAD). The work will consist of providing all labor, equipment, and refuse containers to collect non-hazardous solid waste from ANAD and dispose of this waste in an approved Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) Subtitle D Disposal Facility. At the Government's option, the Contractor will also provide all labor and material for hazardous roll-off box relocation services at ANAD and all labor, equipment, and containers to collect selected recyclable materials and transport it to a specified location on the depot.

Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidder's mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the website in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of proposals may render your proposal nonresponsive and result in rejection of same.
