2. Provide your cage code.
3. Please quote FOB Destination Bremerton, WA.
4. Annotate the lead time.
5. Annotate the name of the manufacturer, if they are large or small business, and the products country of manufacturing.
6. Return this information with your quote.
**If not currently registered in SAM for the following NAICS code, 332216 please register.
