SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT: The proposed contract action is for the supplies or services for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source, Powell Electronics. 7705 Industrial Drive Suite C Spring Grove, IL 60081 CAGE CODE: 3HVB1. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the Government. However a determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the Government. 1.0 SCOPE
This Statement of Work (SOW) establishes the requirements for the manufacture of the High Voltage Connectors for use in the repair/production of the components and subcomponents utilized on the ALQ-184 Power Supplies.
2.0 APPLICABLE DOCUMENTS

3.0 REQUIREMENTS
The contractor shall provide equipment, parts, material and labor necessary to manufacture the high voltage connectors.
3.1 The contractor shall provide two thousand (2000) High Voltage Connectors in accordance with the part number referenced in paragraph 2.0 of SOW.
4.0 GOVERNMENT FURNISHED MATERIAL
4.1 There is no Government Furnished Material (GFE).
5.0 OTHER CONSIDERATIONS
5.1 The contractor shall provide a Certificate of Compliance.
