Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division intends to enter into a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), supply contract IAW FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Synopsis exception FAR 5.202(a)(13) applies and Solicitation Number N0016419Q0067 is hereby issued as an attachment hereto. Size Standard for NAICS Code 332510 is 750.
SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT- The proposed contract action is for a Supply for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Wescam, Inc. Cage 3AC24, 649 North Service Rd, Burlington, ON L7P, 5B9, Canada. The OEM owns all proprietary data for this product. All responsible offeror's may submit a quote that will be reviewed by the Government.

All changes to the requirement that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to FedBizOpps. It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor FedBizOpps for amendments that may be issued to this solicitation. For changes made after the closing date, only those offeror's that provide a quote will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award.
No hard copies of the solicitation will be mailed. Quotes must be submitted in the format specified in the solicitation. It is the responsibility of the offeror to submit offers to the POC at NSWC Crane.
All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the Government. However, a determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement
