SOLE SOURCE - VOLTAGE CONTROLLED OSCILLATORS (VCO) HEADS

This requirement is for the procurement of Voltage Controlled Oscillator (VCO) Heads in support of the AN/ALQ-184 VCO. This action will be awarded on a sole source basis to Crane Electronics, 340 N. Roosevelt Ave., Chandler, AZ 85226 in accordance with the authority 10 USC 2304( c)(1) and implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Government does not possess rights to the technical data required to manufacture these items. This effort will be awarded as a 2 base years with 3 option years, Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract. Delivery is required F.O.B. Destination. Inspection and acceptance will be at destination. Responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. It is the responsibility of the offeror to submit offers to the Point of Contact (POC) at NSWC Crane. "No hard copies of the solicitation will be mailed".
