This acquisition is a sole source requirement with Morgan State University, Baltimore, MD for Time Delay Cartridge Test. This request for quote (RFQ) N00174-14-T-0105 is the only written solicitation, which will be issued, unless amended. Offeror is ineligible for award unless registered in SAM www.sam.gov with completed and up to date representations and certifications for NAICS Code 541330, Size Standard 35.5 MIL.
