Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a sole source requirement for the following MITEQ INC RF POWER AMPLIFIERS:
1) P/N AFS2-00500100-06-10P-6 4 EACH
2) P/N AFS6-12001800-18-10P-6 4 EACH
3) P/N AFS5-08001200-10-10P-5 6 EACH
4) P/N AFS3-01000200-06-10P-6 8 EACH
5) P/N AFS3-02000800-09-10P-4 6 EACH
6) P/N AFS3-04000800-07-10P-4 4 EACH
Firm Fixed Prices are being sought.
This requirement is being issued as a sole source to MITEQ INC 100 DAVIDS DR HAUPPAUGE NY 11788.
THE REQUIRED AMPLIFIERS MUST MEET EXACT FORM, FIT, FUNCTION AND COMPATIBITY FOR BOTH SPECIAL MISSION AND MARITIME PATROL AND RECONNAISSANCE AIRCRAFT. DIFFERENT AMPLIFIERS WOULD REQUIRE COMPLETION OF ACCEPTANCE TEST PROCEDURES, FIRST ARTICLE TESTING, HARDWARE CERTIFICATION AND REQUIRE FLIGHT CERTIFICATION. COST AND TIME DELAY WOULD NOT ALLOW MISSION ASSIGNMENTS TO BE MET.
This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the procedures at FAR 13. Synopsis exception FAR 5.202(a)(13) applies and Solicitation Number N00164-14-T-0203; is hereby issued as an attachment hereto. All changes to the requirement that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to FedBizOpps. It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor FedBizOpps for amendments that may be issued to this solicitation. For changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a proposal will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award.
