Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a sole source requirement for 2 (two) each Keithlye/Tektronix Parametric Curve Tracers P/N 2600-PCT-2, 2 (two) Customizable Test Boards P/N 8010-CTB and 2 (two) Monitor Support Arm P/N 70161-MSA. Firm Fixed Prices are being sought.
This requirement is being issued as a sole source to Keithley/Tektronix Instrument, PO Box 500, Beaverton OR, 97077.
THE REQUIRED KEITHLEY/TEKTRONIX PARAMETRIC CURVE TRACERS MUST INTERFACE 100% WITH NO LESS THAN 6 (SIX) DIFFERENT PIECES OF KEITHLEY/TEKTRONIX LAB EQUIPMENT. IT CONTAINS UNIQUE FEATURES (TSP-LINK PORTS) ALLOWING IT TO DO SO. THE GOVERNMENT DOES NOT HAVE LEVEL III DRAWINGS OR ACCESS TO PROPRIETARY DATA NEEDED TO COMPETE THIS EFFORT.
This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the procedures at FAR 13. Synopsis exception FAR 5.202(a)(13) applies and Solicitation Number N00164-14-T-0184; is hereby issued as an attachment hereto. All changes to the requirement that occur prior to the closing date will be posted FedBizOpps. It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor FedBizOpps for amendments that may be issued to this solicitation. For changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a proposal will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award.
