Crane Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center intends to issue, N0016417FW048 (Job Order 10) to N00164-14-G-GR45 providing Engineering Services in support of the AEGIS MK99 Fire Control System. The period of performance will be from date of award until 29 January 2019 or approximately 2 years.
This Job Order will be a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) contract action under N00164-14-G-GR45 which is a sole source effort to Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems (CAGE 59744), 528 Boston Post Road, Sudbury, MA 01776-3375.
This order will be placed IAW the statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
A formal Request for Proposal (RFP) will not be posted to the FBO page. A copy of the RFP will be made available to qualified interested parties upon request. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
