In accordance with FAR 16.703(c)(2) and FAR 5.203 Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division plans to enter into Job Order 0001, a non-commercial, Sole-Source, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) type procurement on Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00164-14-G-WQ55. NSWC Crane Division entered into a BOA with Synergent Technologies, Inc., 5301 Buckeystown Pike Suite 306, Frederick, MD 21704-8373 for a maximum ceiling amount of $11.5M on 06 JAN 2014. The BOA covers a five-year ordering period including line items for EME signal generation hardware, software, installation, integration, travel and miscellaneous engineering services to support system enhancements, repairs and upgrades. Job Order 0001 is the first job order. Acquisitions under the BOA have been and will be conducted on a sole-source basis in accordance with the statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1.
This synopsis is for Job Order 0001 to be issued by NSWC Crane under the BOA for a one-year period. All responsible sources may inquire into the specific terms and conditions included in the BOA; such inquiries will be considered by this agency.
