SOLE SOURCE ANNOUNCEMENT BMC SOFTWARE
Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, Pacific (SSC Pacific) intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis to BMC SOFTWARE, INC. The requirement is for; 1.BMC REMEDY IT SVC MGMT SUITE, QTY = 1 lot. 2.BMC REMEDY IT SERV MGNT SUITE FLTNG USER, QTY = 1 LOT. 3.BMC REMEDY IT SERV MGNT SUITE-US, QTY = 1 LOT. 4. BMC SERV DESK-FLOATING USER LIC, QTY = 1 LOT. 5.BMC SERV DESK-USER LICENSE ADD-ON, QTY = 1 LOT (1-year).
This notice of intent is not a request for quote. A determination by the government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government.

Acquisition of Commercial Items under FAR Part 12 and Simplified Acquisitions Procedures under FAR Part 13 apply. The applicable NAICS Code is 541511 and the business size standard is $25.5 Million.
