Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division plans to enter into a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Job Order (JO) with BAE Systems Australia, 677 Victoria Street, Abbotsford Victoria Australia 3067. This JO will be under a Basic Ordering Agreement established for the procurement of supplies/services required to support NSWC Crane in its role for the support and advancement of the Nulka Electronic Decoy Cartridges (EDC) and launched assets. Job Order 0013 will be for FCU, TCU, Canister repair and OPTION. Inspection and Acceptance for this requirement will be at Destination within 12 months of Job Order award. This requirement will be negotiated on a sole-source basis in accordance with the statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. The basis for the sole source is the proprietary nature of the technical data for the systems and the substantial duplication of costs and time that would be required to reverse engineer the system. A determination by the Government not to open this requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses must be received within 10 days of publication of this notice. Any responses should reference N00164-15-G-WM63-0013.

CLIN 0002 FCU repair (OPTION)- quantity 15
CLIN 0003 Thrust Controls Units (TCU) repair- quantity 15
CLIN 0004 TCU (OPTION)- quantity 15
CLIN 0005 Canister Repair- quantity 15
CLIN 0006 Canister Repair (OPTION)- quantity 15
CLIN 0007 Canister Repair (OPTION)- quantity 15
No solicitation will be available at FedBizOpps and no hard copies of the solicitation will be mailed.
