Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane entered into Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA), N00164-15-G-WM64 with Lockheed Martin Sippican (LMS) on 7 January 2015, for the support and advancement of the Nulka electronic decoy cartridge including research and development, engineering, test and evaluation, test equipment, logistics, spares, maintenance, repair, software, travel, engineering drawing and technical data. The BOA covers a five year ordering period and has a ceiling amount of $9,167,000.00.
The current requirement is for Engineering Support Services (ESS) to include but not limited to Programmatic Support, Engineering Analysis and Investigations, Logistics support and service, and Repair and Calibration of the Nulka electronic payload. NSWC Crane intends to issue a Cost Plus Fixed Fee Job Order against the BOA to LMS.
The requirement will be negotiated on a sole source basis in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1.
