Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division intends to solicit, negotiate and enter into a Firm Fixed Price Commercial Contract IAW FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures for the following procurement:
CLIN 0001-Axis Q7920 Video Encoder Chassis - 13 each
CLIN 0002-Axis Q7406 6 CH Encoder Blade - 69 each
CLIN 0003-Pelco License Digital Sentry Camera Integration fee - 402 each
This requirement is being issued as a Brand Name Sole Source and /or their authorized distributors or reseller, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 (c), Axis Communications, 890 Spar Ave., Ste 202, San Jose, Ca. 95117 for line items 0001 and 0002. Pelco, 3500 Pelco Way, Clovis, Ca. 93612 for line item 0003.
This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the procedures at FAR 13. Synopsis exception FAR 5.202(a)(13) applies and Solicitation Number N00164-14-T-0150; is hereby issued as an attachment hereto. All changes to the requirement that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to FedBizOpps. It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor FedBizOpps for amendments that may be issued to this solicitation. For changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a proposal will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award.
