SOLAR ENERGY/ THERMAL HOT WATER SYSTEM PROJECT
SCOPE OF WORK: Furnish and install one (1) 20 KW Solar Photovotaic System which would be affixed to the
roof either by laminating or by physical attachment to the raised seam roof without roof penetrations;
and one (1) Solar Thermal System, generating approximately 800,000 BTU, which would be attached to the existing Hot
Water Tank, and which would generate up to 1,000 gallons per day, thus reducing reliance on FPL usage.
Contractor shall furnish all materials, equipment, labor, and incidentals to complete the project.
