The City is seeking a company or team of companies (Contractor) to develop the concept, interim and final design/engineering, specifications, financing, construction, materials, installation, operation, and maintenance of a turn-key, hosted solar photovoltaic system, (PV) at numerous City sites over the course of a multi-year Solar Master City Agreement.
