THIS IS A SET ASIDE FOR HUBZONE SMALL BUSINESSES ONLY.
FOB: ORIGIN with Inspection and Acceptance at ORIGIN applies. This solicitation is being issued under the First Destination Transportation (FDT) program. (http://www.dla.mil/FDTPI/). This is not a critical application item but nor critical safety item. Quantity variance is zero. Contractors must be registered in SAM.GOV.
The final contract award decision may be used upon a combination of price, past performance (PPIRS, Past Performance Information Retrieval System), and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. . The solicitation issue date is on or about July 16, 2014.
