SOFTWARE APPLICATION TRAINING
This is a Competitive Combined Synopsis-Solicitation under FAR Part 12 for a firm-fixed price contract for the purchase of application training.
The solicitation will be awarded on an all-or-none basis.
Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (Technical Acceptability includes Section 508 Compliance for CLIN 0003).
Responses to this solicitation will only be considered for award after it has been determined that the proposal adequately addresses the requirements for Section 508. Only proposals which have documented their responsiveness to the Section 508 requirements by either completing the Government Product Accessibility Template (GPAT) for Web-based Training (included as a part of this solicitation), submiting a Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT), or Equivalent and Supporting Documentation will be technically evaluated.
It is the offerors responsibility to furnish sufficient information and detailed specifications to the government to determine acceptability of the offered item(s). Failure to provide product quotes that meet the salient characteristics or may result in quote being considered non-responsive.
All responsible sources may submit a quotation which, if received in a timely manner, shall be considered by the agency.
Any direct customer contact by Offeror/Vendor is not authorized during the solicitation phase or your quote may be at risk of being eliminated from consideration for this solicitation.
