AMENDMENT 0004

1. The specifications and drawings for subject project are hereby modified as indicated in the package for this amendment. For clarification, the example of prospective emblems referenced in paragraph 1.3.2.1 of this amendment refers to the original solicitation specifications under section 01 84 00AT1.


2. This amendment is a part of the proposing papers and its receipt shall be acknowledged. All other conditions and requirements of the request for proposal remain unchanged.


3. Electronic Proposals. Provide proposals via the instructions provided in Section 00 22 00 of the Request for Proposal.


4. Offers will be received until 2:00 p.m., local time at place of receiving proposals, 19 FEB 2019.
