The contractor shall provide analytic personnel with the ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced, publically visible environment. Contractor shall provide technical and programmatic analysis; short-, medium-, and long-range policy, planning, and strategy development support. Contractor shall pro-actively manage issue areas being supported, prepare written products, and provide technical expertise in support of OASD(SO/LIC) officials in the performance of their statutory responsibilities.
