SNAP and TANF Eligibility Systems, Enterprise Architecture, and Fiscal Services
The Department of Public Health and Human Services is soliciting competitive, responsive proposals from experienced and financially sound organizations to design, develop, support, and maintain for the State of Montana: A new Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) eligibility system. (Note SNAP was called the Food Stamp Program until October 2008.) A new Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) eligibility system. Enterprise architecture for these two new systems and the existing Medicaid eligibility system. A library of shared fiscal services to support the shared fiscal (accounts receivable and accounts payable) responsibilities associated with the issuance of eligibility and benefits for SNAP and TANF.
